Vojvodina Football Club is pleased to announce that Slobodan Medojević is the eighth reinforcement this summer!
Slobodan Medojević signed a two-year contract, and his great wish was to play for Vojvodina once again, and that is why he arrived from AEL Limasol.
Medojević (33) was born in Novi Sad, on October 20th 1990, and he passed through all the youth categories of Vojvodina, and made his debut for the A-team in 2007, in the victory against Mladost from Apatin.
In the following years, Medojević became one of the most important players of the Old Lady, hence he had played 80 matches before he left Vojvodina, and scored 6 goals and 7 assists.
Medojević left Voša in the winter of 2012, when he transferred to the German Wolfsburg, whose jersey he wore for 2 and a half seasons, and then he went to Eintracht Frankfurt. He stayed there the longest, until January 2018, when he left and joined the ranks of Darmstadt, his third and last German club.
In the finish of the summer transfer period in 2019, he transferred to AEL Limasol, where he played for 5 years.
After 125 in the jersey of Limasol, Medojević decided to leave the club and return to his Vojvodina, and help her achieve mutual goals on the domestic and international stage.
Vojvodina FC wishes him plenty of luck and success in the jersey of the Old Lady.
