The coach of Vojvodina FC, Božidar Bandović admitted that his team played their weakest match so far, ever since he arrived on the bench of the Old Lady.
Tonight, Vojvodina lost against Čukarički with the result 3:1 in the third round of MozzartBet Superleague of Serbia, and Bandović congratulated the host on the deserved victory.
- We have to freshen up the team, because it’s been only three days since the match against Ajax. We gave our chance to some players, but we played badly. I congratulate Čukarički, because even if we continued playing for two days, we wouldn’t have scored a goal. This is one of the worst games that we have played so far, and we cannot do anything else but congratulate Čukarički on the well-deserved victory – Bandović said.
On Thursday at 20:15 Vojvodina is playing against Maribor in the first match of the third round of qualifications for the Conference League, and then on Sunday from 20:00h is the formal host of the match against TSC at TSC Arena in the new derby of the fourth round of MozzartBet Superleague of Serbia.
