The coach of Vojvodina FC, Božidar Bandović is pleased after the third control match and the victory against the team of Mladost Lučani.
In their thrid and final check at preparations, Vojvodina defeated the team of Mladost with the result 3:2, and is ready to leave for Novi Sad.
- I can be pleased with our game style and running, considering that a very difficult week is behind us. We played a good match, scored 3 goals, and the only thing we could have done better was the opening of the match and those introductory seven, eight minutes. Very difficult weather conditions influence that, but after the start we played very well. We could have reacted better when we received the goals, but I am pleased – Bandović said.
He complimented the new player, Marko Veličković, who had his debut today against his ex-club.
- I am satisfied, he needed time, but as the match went on, he was only getting better and better. He has a bright future ahead of him, he possesses quality, and now he needs only patience, discipline and hard work, and he has that – Bandović highlighted.
He also pinpointed that he is pleased with everything he saw during the preparations.
- I got what I wanted, because they gave their maximum at each training, we don’t have any injuries, and the young players raised the level, as well as the new players who showed that they could help. We have the frame of the team, and all in all, I can be pleased – Bandović concluded.
After this match, the team of the Old Lady returns to Novi Sad, where they will perform the last phase of the preparations before the start of the new season, and the match against Tekstilac, which is scheduled for July 21st.
