Vojvodina coach Milan Rastavac believes that his team played as much as they could at this moment.
The Old Lady lost tonight at home against TSC with a score of 1-2, and coach of Voša congratulated the guests on their victory.
– I congratulate TSC on the victory and a great game. Today we played within our capabilities at this moment. TSC has its own mechanisms and it is not easy to keep them under control, especially the two attackers. We were preparing for that and wanted to prevent their quick attacks, because TSC has a good and organized team. We had certain periods of play that were very good, but there were also drops. Our game is still not consistent enough and we continue to work on that. We have to maintain the necessary competitive level and thus get into a situation to win points. We had problems at the center back position, which we solved at halftime by dropping Topić to the defense and we had the task of putting TSC under pressure. We succeeded in that, but we were not specific enough in their penalty area. We played as well as we could at this moment from the football aspect, but from the competitive aspect we have to do much better in the future. There will be a new game already on Friday, so we are turning to it and preparing for Novi Pazar – said Rastavac.
