The players of Vojvodina arrived in Slovenia, where they will spend the main part of the preparations for the new season during the next two weeks.
From today, until the fourth of July, the red and whites will stay at the Arena hotel on Mariborsko Pohorje and play four friendly matches during that time. Rivals of the Old Lady in the preparations will be Polish Slask Wroclaw (June 23), Slovenian Maribor (June 26) and Mura (June 30) and Croatian Gorica (July 3). All matches of the red and whites will be broadcast live on the Youtube channel of FK Vojvodina, as well as on Novosadska TV.
The Vojvodina team set off this morning at 7:30 am from FC Vujadin Boškov in Veternik, and before leaving for the trip, the players were greeted by a member of the club’s Board of Directors, Ljubomir Apro, who wished them happy work on the preparations.
The Manager of Vojvodina, Slavoljub Đorđević, decided to take 26 players to Slovenia, namely: Nikola Simić, Goran Vukliš, Nemanja Toroman, Marko Bjeković, Marko Luković, Stefan Đorđević, Mladen Devetak, Vladimir Kovačević, Dušan Stevanović, Igor Jeličić, Lazar Stoisavljević, Mirko Topić, Aleksandar Busnić, Novica Maksimović, Vladimir Miletić, Dejan Zukić, Nemanja Čović, Bogdan Mladenović, Mihajlo Nešković, Miljan Vukadinović, Veljko Simić, Vukašin Bogdanović, Veljko Bogdanović, Momčilo Mrkaić, Vladan Novevski and Uroš Kabić.
In addition to players and members of the coaching staff, sports director Ljubiša Dunđerski and Manager Slavoljub Đorđević arrived in Slovenia yesterday, and on Tuesday, they will be joined by FK Vojvodina marketing director Miloš Subotin, cameramen Damir Petrović and Branimir Biga and journalists Aleksandar Predojević (Dnevnik) and Lazar Kurteš (Novosadska TV).
