Players of Vojvodina lost at Karađorđe stadium to the team of IMT with the result 0:1 in the 24th round of MozzartBet Super League of Serbia.
Before the start of the match, players of Vojvodina entered the pitch wearing T-shirts honouring Siniša Mihajlović, on the occasion of the anniversary of his birth on February 20th.

Vojvodina: Gočmanac, Butean, Korać, Crnomarković, Barros, Petrović, U. Nikolić (from 81st L. Nikolić), Kokanović (from 61st Depu), Bamidele, Sery, Romanić (from 23rd Mladenović).
IMT: Vukliš, Batis, Glišić, Luković, Jevtić, Bastaja (from 84th Konstantinov), Bone (from 62nd Belfodil), Novičić, Krstić (from 84th Kur), Radočaj (from 72nd Campbell), Lučić.
Vojvodina took the initiative in the introductory minutes, but IMT had their first dangerous shot on the goal of the home team. In the 12th minute Lučić shot from the edge of the penalty area, but Gočmanac saved the net with a parade. Voša returned a minute later when Sery had a chance, after a solo breakthrough on the left side, the player from the Ivory Coast shot just next to the goal post.
After 20 minutes of the match, Vojvodina received bad news, since Lazar Romanić had to leave the game due to an injury, and he was replaced by Marko Mladenović.
IMT had their best chance since the beginning when after an assist by Radočaj, Bone shot from some 7 meters and the ball hit the bar. Voša fought back again, Kokanović escaped and overpowered Vukliš, but it turned out that he had been in a forbidden position.
The guest team threatened once again through Bone, who found himself in a good chance before the penalty box, but Gočmanac went to the front in time, and shortened his angle, thereby disabling him from scoring.
Even though Vojvodina had the ball possession, they failed to break the defence of the guest team, who had better shots than Vojvodina during the first half.
Just as the second half began, IMT was a few centimetres away from taking the lead, Krstić took the ball and from some 20 meters shot the right angle of the net, but the bar saved Vojvodina. The guests had their next chance in the 48th minute when Batis shot from the right side next to the goal post.
In the 52nd minute Vojvodina had a 100% chance, and the goal post saved IMT twice. Korać gave an excellent pass to Sery, who went alone in front of the goal, shot the first angle and right into the goal post, the ball deflected right onto the foot of Nikolić, who also shot the frame of the goal with his right foot.
In the 58th minute the guests almost punished the mistake by Kokanović, who lost the ball in the danger zone, in the continuation of the action Luković shot next to the goal post. IMT continued to threaten, next was Glišić, whose shot from the free kick passed a few centimetres next to the goal post.
The coach of Vojvodina FC, Nenad Lalatović decided to refresh the attack after an hour of the match, and Depu replaced Kokanović. In the middle of the second half, the frame of the goal once again saved the guest team. After a corner shot, Vukliš kicked the ball right onto the foot of Mladenović who shot immediately, but hit the bar.
Then followed a somewhat calmer period of the game, with no prominent chances, and then in the 79th minute Krstić shot once again from the distance, and Gočmanac recorded another intervention. And in the 85th minute the guest team shot from the distance, the reservist Campbell shot from some 20 meters, but the goalkeeper of Vojvodina was excellent once again.
In the 88th minute Voša finally broke through the fort of the guests, Bamidele passed to Barros, and he sent the ball to Mladenović, but his shot was blocked before the net.
In the last minute, IMT performed an excellent counter-attack, the ball reached Belfodil, who overpowered Gočmanac for 0:1.
Voša had another chance in the last seconds of the game, Petrović once again shot the ball from some 20 meters, and it hit the bar once again, so they missed the last chance to remain undefeated.
In the next round Vojvodina is playing against Radnički Niš, on Wednesday at 6:30pm.
