The players of Vojvodina FC were defeated in Novi Pazar with the score 3:1 in the 11th round of Mozzart Bet Super league of Serbia.

The only scorer for Vojvodina was Aleksa Vukanović in the 82nd minute.

The teams performed in the following lineups:

Vojvodina created the first serious situation in the third minute, when thanks to the pressure, the team of Ranko Popović came into possession of the ball. Filip Malbašić pulled and sent a pass that was too strong to Andrija Radulović who inserted himself nicely, but didn’t receive a useful ball. On the other side, Adem Ljajić attempted to overpower Carević, but it was not a precise kick. Voša had a solid situation once again, in the 9th minute, when after the corner kick of Andrija Radulović, Đorđe Crnomarković tried a head kick.

A few moments later, due to the firecrackers that were thrown into the field by the domestic fans the referee Srđan Jovanović suspended the match in the 8th minute. The break lasted for about an hour, and then Jovanović marked the start again. In the 14th minute of the match, when Radulović looked for Malbašić from the left flank in the heart of the penalty, but as he didn’t receive the ball well, it ended up at the other goal post near Mihailo Ivanović, whose kick unfortunately ended in the hands of the goalkeeper Mirković.

The next challenge for Mirković happened in the 25th minute when Milosavljević strongly kicked from around 25 meters, so that on the way to the goal it caught Sise, and almost tricked the goalkeeper of Novi Pazar. By the end of the first half, Novi Pazar threatened via the action by Ljajić, Bogdanovski, and Ergelaš, but Carević didn’t face a bigger problem.

At the start of the second half, Popović brought in Norman Campbell instead of Crnomarković, whose place was taken by Indio, while Campbell acted on the left side where he was the most agile. Even though Vojvodina was more concrete in those moments, Novi Pazar was the one to take lead in the 56th minute, thanks to the strong and precise kick by Floro, from the left side.

Aleksa Vukanović and Igor Jeličić also joined the team on the pitch, due to the desire of Popović to bring in some additional energy to the team. The coach of Voša gave a chance to a 17-year-old Mihajlo Butraković in the last 15 minutes. That’s when Novi Pazar threatened once more, but Carević kept his team in the game. Yet, he was not able to do so in the 77th minute, when Karaklajić achieved a goal with a lot of luck, because his kick hit Indio, and changed the direction for 2:0.

Vojvodina went for all or nothing, and it brought hope. Young Butraković was excellent in the duel, piercing, centered towards Vukanović, who reaches the ball with a bit of luck, and scores in the 82nd minute for 2:1. Still, Adešina quickly received a pass into the space, and ran alone at the goal of Carević, who didn’t have any chance this time, for the final 3:1 in the 85th minute.

The series of two consecutive wins of Voša ended, and after the representative break, Vojvodina will welcome the team of Radnik from Surdulica on October 21st at Karađorđe stadium.
