Vojvodina coach Milan Rastavac is satisfied with today’s edition of the rejuvenated Old Lady squad.
Today, led by the youngest team, Voša beat Lokomotiv 1929 with a score of 2-0 in Belek, and after the match, Rastavac congratulated his players on a good game.
– It is important to me that we progress a little every day and that this progress is evident. I am sure that with that approach and desire to constantly improve, we will continue to go the right way. These kids of ours played very well today, most of the time they controlled the game on the field, scored two goals and created a few more chances. They showed that they can deal with players at the senior level – said Milan Rastavac.
He underlined that he was not afraid of the outcome with this rejuvenated team, but only of possible injuries.
– I was only afraid of some injuries and tougher duels that they might not be able to endure physically at this moment, but I wasn’t afraid of the results in the least – Rastavac added.
Jovan Milošević was in the center of attention again today, who showed his talent.
– Milošević has been showing some attention since this summer and these parties of his are no surprise to us. He confirmed that he has a basis for this recognition and today he showed his talent – said Rastavac.
Vojvodina will play its fifth control match already on Monday at 3 PM, its rival will be Akhmat Grozni.
