Vojvodina defeated Radnički from Niš with a score of 3-0 in the ninth round of the Mozzart Bet Super League of Serbia.

The scorers for Vojvodina were Yves Baraye in the 22nd minute, Veljko Simić in the 51st minute and Uroš Nikolić in the 82nd minute.

The teams performed in the following lineups:

Vojvodina: Carević – Bjeković, Traore, Jeličić, Đorđević – Milosavljević (from 86th Nešković), Busnić – Kabić (from 56th Miletić), Simić (from 79th U. Nikolić), Baraye (from 86th Zukić) – N. Nikolić (from 56th Vukčević).

Radnički: Stevanović, Tomić, Štulić, Pejović, Stajić, Stojanović, Marjanović, Savić, Mesarović, Petrov, Aksentijević.

Radnički opened the match better and had the first two chances in the third and sixth minutes through Tomić and Marjanović.

However, Voša responded quickly and shifted the focus of the game to the rival’s half, and Milosavljević had the first shot, when he shot over the goal from 18 meters in the 16th minute.

Voša took the lead in the next serious chance, since Yves Baraye scored in the 22nd minute. Nikolić played masterfully with his heel to Kabić, who hit the crossbar diagonally from the right side, and Baraye accepted the deflected shot and sent the ball into the lower right corner with a precise shot for 1-0.

Radnički had a third attempt in the 32nd minute. Marjanović shot powerfully from a distance, but not accurately enough to beat Carević.

Radnički had another shot in the goal range in the 37th minute, when Mesarović shot diagonally from the left side to the far corner, but Carević was again in the right place.

Voša managed to preserve the advantage until halftime, and then to double the lead at the beginning of the second half with a goal by Veljko Simić. In the 51st minute, Đorđević crossed from the left flank, Nikolić headed down to Simić, who caught a volley from 10 meters and scored for 2-0.

Radnički was the closest to the goal after only two minutes. Štulić’s shot was saved by Carević, Saša Marjanović ran into the rebound, but Đorđević blocked it, so the ball hit the post instead of the goal.

Radnički continued to attack and tried to get back into the match, but Vojvodina positioned themselves well and kept the result. From one such situation followed a good counter by the home team, which was finished by Baraye with an imprecise shot from the edge of the penalty area.

At the end of the match, Uroš Nikolić also got a chance, after an injury, and in the 82nd minute he scored from the first contact with the ball for 3-0. Nikolić received the ball on the edge of the penalty area and hit the left corner for the unattainable advantage of the Old Lady.

Vojvodina thus achieved its fourth victory this season and occupies third place in the table with 16 points.
