In the next ten days, the attention of the football public will be focused on the national teams, considering that, due to the qualifications for the World Cup in Qatar, there will be a break in all leagues in Europe next weekend. Of course, the younger selections will also compete, for which three first team players from Vojvodina also received an invitation.
Mirko Topić was again invited to U-21 national team of Serbia, this time by the new d.c. Manager of the Eagles Aleksandar Rogić. Our U-21 national team is expecting the qualification matches for the European Championship, during which they will meet the team of the Faroe Islands on November 12 at Karađorđe, and then on November 16 they will face Ukraine in Lviv. Both matches will start at 6 pm, and the entrance to the match at Karađorđe will be free.
Also, the first team players of Vojvodina, Uroš Kabić and Vladimir Miletić, were invited to the U-19 national team of Serbia. The team of coach Dejan Branković is expecting the first round of qualifications for the European Championship, which will be held in Albania from November 10 to 16. Serbia will first play at the Elbasan Arena against Northern Macedonia on November 10 (starting at 12 o’clock), then on November 13 against Albania (Elbasan Arena, at 2 o’clock), and then on November 16 against France (Egnatia Stadium in Rogozina, 2 p.m.).
