Vojvodina FC is pleased to announce that Miroslav Tanjga is the new vice-president of the Club.
At the official assembly of Vojvodina FC, the management board made a unanimous decision to name Tanjga the new vice-president of the Club.
Tanjga was a member of the second championship generation of Vojvodina, that won the title in 1989. As a player, Tanjga played for Voša from 1988 until 1991. He played 79 matches in the jersey of Vojvodina and scored 9 goals.
After his later football career in Red Star, Fenerbahce, Hertha and Meinz, Tanjga continued to build his coaching career. He was the assistant coach and advisor to another Voša’s legend, Siniša Mihajlović, on the bench of the Serbian representation, and afterwards in Italian clubs Torino and Bologna.
Aside from becoming the vice-president of Vojvodina FC, Miroslav Tanjga is also the director of the Sports section in the Football Association of Serbia.
