- I congratulate the team on the game and the victory. There was a huge pressure on my players and me before this match, since we had the imperative to win after 3 draws and 1 defeat in the first four rounds of the half-season. We managed to win, but I have to say that Radnički opened the match better in the first 15 minutes. I have to be realistic and say that the match was decided by that red card and our goal from the free kick in the 45th Sery suffered a strong kick to the ankle, and he will certainly not be playing for a while, after this rough start from the back. His ankle is swollen, and as big as two hands – Lalatović said.
He then wished Radnički plenty of luck, and thanked the fans for their support.
- I have to say that Radnički has a good team, and I wish them all the best. I congratulate my players on the victory they deserved. I would also like to thank our fans who came to the match and supported us during the entire 90 minutes, both those from the north tribune and those from the west and the east tribune who criticized us. We are one big family and we should stick together through the good and the bad , and if we continue like that, we will be playing Europe. Simply, I am very happy because of this victory, because as a coach I suffer huge pressures wherever I go. When my club loses, they say I lost. However, if someone has to withstand all these pressures, then it will be me, I will relieve the players of the pressure and we will continue playing like this. We have no time to celebrate, we are expecting a derby against Spartak, and before the international break we need to be in the first four teams and attack that third place – Lalatović concluded.
