The coach of Vojvodina FC, Nenad Lalatović, is pleased after a good game and a victory over Kyzylzhar.

Players of the Old Lady won against the team of Kazakhstan with the result 4:0, and Lalatović is satisfied both with the game and the result.

  • Vojvodina is a great club and they have to play for the victory at every game, whether it is an official competitive match or a friendly game. I told the players that the most important thing is that no one gets hurt, that the result doesn’t matter, but to me it does. I think they played a good game today, even though the tempo is very demanding, we had two trainings yesterday, and I know it was not easy for them, and that they complain, but it is better that they complain now, then when the championship begins. We deserve to be in a higher place on the scoreboard, and when I arrived to Vojvodina, Mladost Lučani was 11 points ahead of us, and now they are only two points ahead of us. And if someone says that there were no good results, I think that there were good results, and that we managed to save the half-season. Of course, we couldn’t have won at every game. My big wish is to end the season in the third place, which Vojvodina managed to do the last time when I was the coach. That is why we work so hard, and why the trainings are hard and demanding, and we must be ready to play even better – Lalatović said.

He complimented the work of the team at the preparations so far, and said that he won’t spare any players, because they have to be ready for the second half of the season, and the fight for the third place.

  • We also played the previous match well, because I had said that we would play differently come this season, more towards the goal and more offensively. When I arrived, I couldn’t have changed everything immediately. I am afraid of this third match, because when I was there the last time, we lost that third match against Mura with the result 5:0, because that is when the greatest exhaustion comes at the preparations. Especially because on Saturday they have two demanding trainings. To me, it matters the most to get ready, and play the championship like we played this match today. I cannot spare players – he highlighted.

In the end, Lalatović welcomed Lazar Romanić to the team, even though he still hasn’t trained due to a cold.
