The coach of Vojvodina FC, Nemanja Krtolica is optimistic before the game with IMT.

Players of the Old Lady are playing against the team of IMT on Sunday at 7 pm at Lagator stadium in Loznica, in the 9th round of Mozzart Bet Superleague of Serbia.

Krtolica firstly reflected on the last match against Železničar.

  • I would first like to mention the last game with Železničar, when we returned to Karađorđe stadium after 2 months. We are always working on the character and psychology, and we created the game excellently in the first 10 minutes, took the lead of 1:0, and then stopped believing, and that cannot happen again. While we are doubting our quality, the opponent is afraid of us using it. I analyzed both Partizan and Železničar, and I fear that even if we took the lead in Belgrade, we would have stopped and given up the idea. And that is what we need to correct urgently in our house, at FC Vujadin Boškov, where we train and spend time. I talked to everyone, from the man who works at the entrance, to the cafeteria employees and people who maintain the pitches, and we all must believe that this club will be back to where it belongs, and where it deserves to be. If we want to make winners, winners never give up, and those who do, never win – Krtolica highlighted.

He believes that the team will continue to grow, and that the winning mentality will be stronger.

  • We cannot allow such things to happened in Loznica, and we will work on that, to raise the confidence level and not to allow a player from the rival team to kick the ball in the 85th That should not be happening in the youth categories, let alone the senior level. I am not only criticizing; those are the details we have to improve. We played a competitive match in which we wanted victory, and that is how we will approach the match on Sunday.

I want us to have the attitude, idea and a goal to win, to look like that on the pitch, and whether we will win, that is something I cannot say, but I can responsibly claim that those who start the match, and enter the game will have to look like winners. In order to convince Novi Sad and the fans to visit our home matches in large numbers, we have to look like winners, and that is our only goal. The entire club, staff, everyone has to believe and I think that we are raising the bar now – Krtolica said.
