The Brazilian national football team won a gold medal at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, beating the Spanish team 2-1 in the final, after extra time. Brazil thus repeated the success it achieved at the previous Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
The Brazilian national football team spent part of its preparations for the Olympic Games in Novi Sad, where it trained at the Karađorđe stadium, and there it also played a friendly match with the Cape Verde national team.
During their stay in Novi Sad, the delegation of Brazil and their team manager Claudio Branco were greeted by the President of FK Vojvodina Dragoljub Samardžić, who, on behalf of FK Vojvodina, today sent a public congratulation to their national football team on another great success and wished them many more great results in the future.
