Vojvodina coach Radoslav Batak is satisfied with the placement in the semi-finals of the Serbian Cup.
The Old Lady beat Radnički from Niš away today with a goal by Nemanja Nikolić and thus secured its place among the top four teams.
– We knew that if we didn’t score in the first quarter it would be difficult. We scored a goal towards the end of the first half, after several missed chances. In the second half, Rosić intervened excellently on two occasions, we missed some opportunities again and in the end entered an uncertain ending, when we also missed a penalty. We will analyze everything, the most important thing today is that we qualified for the semi-finals. We are already turning our attention to the next game and the derby on Banovo Brdo – said Batak.
