The coach of Vojvodina, Radoslav Batak, pointed out that he expects a difficult game away against Red Star.

On Saturday, the Old Lady will face Red Star in the 35th round of the Mozzart Bet Super League of Serbia.

– Ahead of us is the derby against Red Star, which has not lost a game this season. Vojvodina played well in the last game at Marakana and did not lose, which would be our goal this time as well. Given that we have a difficult match in the semi-finals of the Serbian Cup on Wednesday, followed by a match with Partizan, we have to be economical and smart in that direction as well, because we secured Europe through the championship. We want to go to the final of the Cup and at the moment there is more emphasis on that. As for the players, we have no serious injuries. Milošević returned after his injury in Niš, we have a few players, but we will see after the last training – said Batak.

He believes that every opponent can be defeated if you believe enough and fight to the end.

– In football and in life, everything is possible, as much as you believe and as much as you can. Red Star will certainly want to remain undefeated until the end, but if Vojvodina repeats the result from the last meeting, it would be a good outcome before the game on Wednesday – said Batak.

Coach of Voša announced new rotations, but pointed out that he will not rest the most important players, because they are all equally important until the end of the season.

– I wouldn’t say that these are more important players, but let’s see who is in what shape and how they feel. You have seen in the last few games that the same lineup never started. Several factors affect it and it will be the same this time. We have 22, 23 players and each one is important. We are focused to the maximum, we have to be disciplined, Uroš Nikolić got a red card, we thought he would get a two game suspension, so we are also thinking about potential cards and how we will make changes. We have to take care of everything – emphasized Batak.
