The coach of Vojvodina FC, Božidar Bandović is pleased that his team finally succeeded in achieving a victory in the second part of the season.
The players of the old lady won against the team from Belgrade with the result 2:1, after a big shift, which was the first triumph of Vojvodina this spring.
– After four matches without a win, if we look at how this game played out, this is a big win for us. Everything is certainly harder after you receive a goal, but we had a lot of chances to score. They were standing pretty low, but with Bjeka and Seri we did plenty of good things. We played against a young team, whose game I like. In the second half, we wanted to be even more offensive by making certain changes, we scored, and then we went all in, and I think this is a deserved win. I am glad for the way it arrived, through big desire, and I believe that it is not accidental or pure luck, and that we should repeat this game, confirm it, and continue playing even better – Bandović said.
In the next round, on Tuesday from 8pm, Vojvodina will be the guest of the team of IMT.
